RETURN GUIDELINES

**We currently do not accept exchanges**

Damaged Goods

Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective goods must be submitted within 4 weeks after the product has been received. Claims for lost packages must be submitted no later than 4 weeks after the estimated delivery date. 

***Please do not ship the product back before contacting us, you will not receive a refund.***

  • Send an email to info@lotusandposes.com Titled "Damaged Goods". Please indicate your Name, Order Number, Reasons and a photo of the product (if available)

  • We will send a follow-up email with information on how you should proceed

Return Process for Non-Defective Goods

We will accept Returns for a refund upon 30 Days of the delivery date. 

**Shipping cost and taxes will not be refunded**

To make a Return please do the following:

  • Send an email to info@lotusandposes.com Titled "Return"

  • Please include your Name and Order Number

  • We will send a follow-up email with information on how you should proceed. A refund will be issued to you once we have received the goods. 

SHIPPING

We currently offer shipping to most countries around the world (please email info@lotusandposes.com if specification is needed). Shipping is free for all customers as we are striving for great customer experience. The shipping speed is within 8 - 20 days in the U.S. and 12 - 50 days for all other countries.
