Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective goods must be submitted within 4 weeks after the product has been received. Claims for lost packages must be submitted no later than 4 weeks after the estimated delivery date.

Return Process for Non-Defective Goods
We will accept Returns for a refund upon 30 Days of the delivery date.

We currently offer shipping to most countries around the world (please email firstname.lastname@example.org if specification is needed). Shipping is free for all customers as we are striving for great customer experience. The shipping speed is within 8 - 20 days in the U.S. and 12 - 50 days for all other countries.
